What was your initial medical issue?
Low back and leg pain from prior car accident.
What did this issue prevent you doing?
Any physical activity for more than 30 min, sitting for any length of time, sleeping without waking several times a night.
What made you decide to do something about your problem?
When both cortisone shots and epidural shots no longer helped with the pain.

I was referred to him by Dr Sipple.

Low back surgery
How did you feel after treatment?
Much better. My leg pain was completely gone.
What advice would you give other patients in a similar situation to you?
I put off having the surgery for 8 years and I wish that I would have done it much sooner.
